Burglary Arrest

Troy Police arrested 2 black males in connection with 2 burglaries at two houses Friday. The houses were located on County Road 1121 and County Road 7714 in Troy according to information released by Chief Jimmy Ennis.

Arquevious Gerod Foster, 20- years-old and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested in connection with the above burglaries.

The burglary on CR 1121 was reported to TPD January 17th at approximately 5:15 pm when the alleged suspects made entry through the front door of the residence. The suspects took a desktop computer, DVD player, and assorted jewelry. The computer has been recovered by TPD. The burglary occurred between 12:00 noon and 5:15 pm that same day.

The two were also arrested for the burglary on CR 7714 which was reported to TPD January 20th at approximately 7:15 pm. Police advise this burglary allegedly occurred between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm on the 20th. The property stolen from this residence included a 47" Samsung TV, a Mossberg shotgun and sunglasses. The TV and the shotgun have been recovered by TPD.

Foster was charged with two counts of burglary third degree and his bond set at $2,500.00 in each case. He was transferred to the Pike County Jail late Friday. The juvenile had two petitions filed on him for burglary third degree. He was placed in detention.
