Burglary Arrest - Armed Robbery Suspect Returned to Pike County

Troy Police have taken four juveniles in custody for the burglary of a residence on White Drive in Troy according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage.

The burglary was reported at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday and is believed to have occurred at approximately 2:00 p.m. that same day.

Two of the juveniles were taken into custody Thursday and two on Friday. They range in age from 12 years old to 17 years old.

Clothing and money were allegedly stolen from the residence. Property has been recovered in connection with this burglary by Troy Police. This case is still under investigation by TPD.



Marque Deandre Baines, 27 years old from Troy returned to Troy, Wednesday March 12 and was placed in the Troy City Jail after his January 9 arrest in Sumter County, South Carolina. Baines was arrested for the November 6, 2006 armed robbery of the Krystal Restaurant on US 231 in Troy according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage.

Baines has been transferred to the Pike County Jail. His bond is $50,000.00 in this case.
