Reckless Endangerment Arrest

Troy Police arrested an 18-year-old black male in connection with a reckless endangerment incident that occurred on Rose Circle Saturday night in Troy according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage.

Both victims in the incident have signed complaints and affidavits in Troy Municipal Court. Two warrants for the arrest of the 18 year-old in this case have been issued and served.

His bond is $750.00 in each of these cases.

He was also charged and arrested on April 29 in an unrelated case of shooting into an occupied automobile on or about April 22, 2008 on Aster Avenue in Troy. The 19 year-old victim was an occupant in the automobile when the suspect allegedly shot the vehicle. The victim advised police this incident is the result of an earlier altercation between the two subjects.

The 18 year-old suspect's bond has been set at $40,000.00 in this case and he has been transferred to the Pike County Jail.
