Troy Police arrested 27 year-old Earl Kevin Sneed Thursday at approximately 6:54 p.m. for several drug related offenses according to Chief Anthony Everage.

Sneed has been charged with the unlawful possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police seized over $2000.00 in cash from Sneed. Also seized were substances that field tested positive for marijuana and cocaine. The suspect had approximately 19 grams of a substance believed to be cocaine. He also had digital scales in his possession. Police took the money, the substances that field tested positive for cocaine and marijuana and scales into evidence.

Sneed was transported to the Troy Police Department and placed in the Troy City Jail. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
