Theft by Deception Arrest

Troy Police arrested Havilyn Gail Holley, 67-years-old from Troy for theft by deception 1st degree Monday at 3:21 p.m. according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage. Holley turned herself in to police at the Troy Police Department.


his arrest is the result of an investigation of a theft by deception incident reported to Troy Police on May12th at approximately 11:00 a.m. Holley worked for a local travel agency that was allegedly booking a senior cruise for students from Luverne High School and Crenshaw Christian Academy.

Troy Police obtained a warrant for Holley's arrest on Friday May 27th. The case is still under investigation by the Troy Police Department.

Holley's bond has been set at $5,000.00 and she was later transferred to the Pike County Jail.
